At Ancada, we like to support those who strive to be better in any field, but we have to admit that we're biased toward sports and anyone or anything connected to the sports world. This is why we jump to the occasion when it comes to recognizing and rewarding value and talent, especially if we are given the opportunity to encourage and support a young athlete.
Here are some examples of projects and initiatives that we have found worthy of our involvement and sponsorship:
"10 for Cluj-Napoca - Cluj kids, hopes of the City!" an event organized by Cluj-Napoca City Hall where the mayor, Sorin Apostu, recognized and rewarded (with the sponsors' assistance) students of all ages who obtained remarkable results in areas such as individual sports and team sports
the basketball-themed drawing contest organized by the men's basketball team, "U" Mobitelco
the Romanian Cup for Kata and Kumite for Juniors (17-18 years old) and Seniors (19 and over), organized by the Romanian Federation of Traditional Kyokushin - FKRT and Sports Club "PROFIGHTERS" Cluj-Napoca

The 4th edition of the Sports Photography Contest dedicated to Ioan Lespuc, a greatly appreciated and prolific sports photographer from Cluj-Napoca, who passed away in 2005.
A disappointed goalie was the subject of the wining photo shot by Dan Tăuţan, from Prosport of Transilvania.
64 photos were submitted, shot by professional and amateur photographers.
